Thursday 2nd of March Fulvio Mafucci, marine biologist and researcher from the “Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn” of Napoli will present, in a new session of the cycle of conferences “Café con Sal”, the new Marine Turtle Reserch Center of the Stazione Zoologica, a facility of excellence for research and for scientific dissemination. During this conference, Fulvio Maffucci will also discuss the results of their investigation on the possible effects of climate change on loggerhead turtle (Caretta caretta) nesting range expansion in the western Mediterranean Sea.
The conference, titled “The Marine turtle research center: a new facility of SZN”, will take place on the conference room of the Marine Science Station of Toralla (ECIMAT) at 11:00h.
