The course “ICEMAR” offers a unique opportunity to work with the best without leaving home. The course, lasting 6 months (80 hours of training workshops, 80 hours of outdoor training, 20 hours of pairing, 60 hours of visits to fairs and companies, and 200 hours of curricular internships in companies), is aimed at university graduates of any discipline, undergraduate students or equivalent from any faculty or school, and professionals related to or interested in the specialty of the degree.
Objectives:
- Provide tools that allow students to identify interests, skills, values, and personal characteristics that enhance their employability.
- Provide methodologies to help students actively plan the achievement of their professional goals, enhancing social and personal responsibility.
- Provide a comprehensive overview of the sectors that develop around the sea.
- Facilitate the connection between professional training and the needs of business sectors operating around the sea.
- Complement the university curriculum of graduates in disciplines that will facilitate their integration into one of the many sectors that develop around the sea.
- Help identify and understand the use of emerging technologies that have significant value and impact in the marine and maritime sector.
- Promote the entrepreneurial spirit so that it can flourish in the maritime sector.
