Next Monday, January 20, the members of the Alganat project will present some of the results obtained after the last year of work with the workshop ‘Low-cost mapping of intertidal algae’. The workshop will take place in room I of the Miralles building from 10:00 to 12:30 h and will be free, open to the general public, and can be followed via streaming on CampusdoMarTV.
The Alganat2000 project, developed by the Coastal Ecology groups of CIM-UVigo and the Applied Geotechnologies group of the University of Vigo in collaboration with the Atlantic Islands of Galicia Maritime-Terrestrial National Park, is funded by the Fundación Biodiversidad of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition, through the Pleamar Program, and co-financed by the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF).
The research activities of the EcoCost group (CIM-UVigo) and the outreach and transfer activities of the Center are supported by the Xunta de Galicia and the European Union, through its co-financing under the Galicia 2014-2020 ERDF/ESF Operational Program.
