The CIM-UVigo offers a position as management support staff in the research project “European Blue Biobank” (EBB), funded by Interreg Atlantic Area.
Tasks to be developed
- Provide support in the implementation and justification of the project.
- Processing orders, per diems and travel.
- Preparation of documents and other administrative procedures.
- Creation of technical reports.
- Communication and dissemination tasks for the project, at events, social networks and websites.
Requirements
- Degree/Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Marine Sciences, ADE or related qualifications.
- Demonstrable experience in economic/administrative management of at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of English at an advanced level.
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and proactivity.
Evaluation criteria
Professional experience (40 points):
- Experience in economic/administrative management
- Experience in research project management
- Experience in managing social networks and websites
Training (20 points):
- Training or specialization courses in economic/administrative management.
- Training or specialization courses in project management.
- Training or specialization courses in the field of communication and/or scientific dissemination.
- Accredited training in English (level B1 or higher)
- Other merits related to the tasks to be developed
Interview (40 points)
If necessary, the Evaluation Committee will call for an interview the five candidates who obtain the highest score by adding the Experience and Training sections. Part of the interview may be conducted in English.
Contract conditions
- Employment contract group 1
- Dedication: Full time
- Start of contract: approximately March 1, 2020 (3-month trial period)
- Gross salary: 1650 euros/month approx.
- Weekly working hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Contract duration: 7 months
- Work center: Toralla Marine Science Station – Toralla Island (Coruxo, Vigo)
