This Thursday, February 2nd at 11:00 am Jose González, doctor in Oceanography from the University of Vigo and head of the Oceanography service at ECIMAT, will present his work developed with the Physical Oceanography group with the conference entitled “Turbidity values at Ulla River: an approach for its prediction”.
The research work is included in the project “Monthly supervision, management and analysis of turbidity and current data in the Ulla River bed”, whose main objective was to study the variability of the turbidity of the Ulla River to find out what factors it depends on and take a step towards predicting its variability. The work was directed by Ramiro Varela and funded by the “Dirección General de Ferrocarriles del Ministerio de Fomento”.
