On the upcoming November 29, on the occasion of Aquaculture Day, the Oceanographic Center of Vigo (Spanish Institute of Oceanography) and the Marine Science Station of Toralla (ECIMAT – University of Vigo) and Campus do Mar are organizing a series of conferences on “Species diversification in marine fish farming in Galicia.” These conferences are aimed at aquaculture professionals, researchers, aquaculture technicians, and students.
The activity is part of the initiative “Aquaculture Day,” promoted by the National Aquaculture Observatory Foundation, whose goal is to convey to society the importance of aquaculture in our country and its commitment to sustainable development, R&D&I, and the creation of wealth and well-being in rural and coastal areas.
