The selected candidate will carry out a doctoral thesis in the PhD program in Marine Science, Technology, and Management, within the Biological Oceanography group at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Vigo. A degree in Marine Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or equivalent will be valued, along with a strong academic record, good English proficiency, and programming skills. Applicants must be eligible to be enrolled or admitted to a doctoral program at the time of the contract formalization.
The project title is: “The role of turbulence and nutrient supply dynamics in the structure of marine phytoplankton communities (CHAOS),” and the application period is from August 26 to September 10, 2013.
