Final Presentation of the IV “Café con Sal” Cycle

On Thursday, December 13, the final talk of the IV “Café con Sal” lecture cycle was held in the ECIMAT auditorium. Alba Hernández (Marine Ecology, University of Vigo) presented her results on the study of the gonadal cycle and growth of razor clams in different banks of the Ría de Pontevedra, and their applications for the management of this resource. To conclude, and in line with the theme of the talk, all attendees enjoyed a tasting of razor clams from the Ría.
